The Wise Family Tradition

BBQ Bistro is a new establishment in Huntington Beach, California.  The owner and executive chef, Ryan Wise, has over 12 years of experience and this restaurant is built on his vision.  Ryan’s family has been in the restaurant business since 1934 opening a variety of diners and bistros across the country.  BBQ Bistro prides itself on offering high quality food and service in a unique environment that feels like home.
